ABSTRACT

The topic of this study is “manpower Development and its impact on organizational performance”. Chapter one deals on the introduction statement of the problems, purpose of the study, statement of hypothesis, significance, scope and limitations of the study including the definitions of terms. Chapter two deals with the literature reviews and discussion on the great length the important concept, facts and ideas drawn from various authors and writers on employees and development. The three deals with the research methodology, it outlines the procedure follows by the research in carrying out the study. Data from interviews and questionnaires were the primary sources of data while materials from textbooks, magazines, journals, handbooks, articles and lecture notes are the secondary sources. Chapter four the data from the questionnaires were grouped and analyzed by means of simple percentage and test of hypothesis. Chapter five deals with findings, recommendation, suggestion and conclusion of the research work project and also putting forward suggestion which from the researcher point of view.
